Our Company Holds the Employee Representative Assembly and the 2026 Annual Work Conference

On February 3, the Dongfang Lingri Staff Congress and the 2026 Annual Work Conference were successfully convened. Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of 2025, scientifically analyzed the current development landscape, and meticulously outlined key tasks for 2026. It mobilized all cadres and employees to continue striving with high spirits, full enthusiasm, and a pragmatic work ethic, forging ahead to drive Dongfang Lingri’s various endeavors to new heights. Company leaders, trade union representatives, Youth League Committee representatives, middle-level managers, and employee representatives attended the meeting.

Du Yunhua, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company, delivered a work report titled “Strengthening Foundations Through Systems, Enhancing Efficiency Through Lean Management, and Striving Vigorously to Write a New Chapter of Development.” The report outlined both the company’s production and operations in 2025 and its key tasks and measures for 2026. Du Yunhua emphasized that the company’s development must be guided by the four major industries and focus on two key markets; it must build a tiered R&D team and drive development through innovation; it must enhance project execution and benchmark against world-class standards; it must implement a talent-driven strategy and uphold cultural leadership; it must focus on smart manufacturing and advance information technology; it must develop relationships with scarce suppliers and establish strategic partnerships; it must strengthen strategic management and refine top-level design; and it must reinforce financial management to mitigate operational risks. Du Yunhua urged the company, standing at a new historical starting point, to pinpoint its forward trajectory, reinforce the sense of urgency that “time waits for no one,” thoroughly reverse the “technology follower” mindset, and resolutely advance toward “technology leadership.” We must transform “learning outcomes” into “practical results,” build an impregnable fortress of “law-abiding compliance,” resolutely resist the passive mindset of “giving up” or “expecting success without effort,” set our sights on the new journey of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and lay a solid foundation for steady and far-reaching progress in this pivotal year.

Naohito Saito, the company’s Executive Vice President, congratulated all the award recipients, commended the company’s operational performance in 2025, and expressed his hope that all employees would rise to the challenges and embrace change as the company continues on its path toward international expansion.

Lu Dou, Deputy Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chair of the Labor Union, delivered a labor union work report titled “Uniting Our Hearts and Minds to Fulfill Our Mission: Serving Development and Writing a New Chapter,” in which he reviewed and summarized the work carried out by the Dongfang Lingri Labor Union in 2025.

Li Wenjie, a member of the company’s Party Committee and Deputy General Manager, conveyed the key points from Dongfang Boiler’s 2026 Annual Work Conference and announced the decisions to recognize outstanding collectives, individuals, and welders in the labor competition.
