The company held its annual shareholders' meeting, board of directors meeting, and board of supervisors meeting.

On March 25, the Company convened its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors meeting, and Board of Supervisors meeting. Li Xujie, Kozo Sonoda, and Chen Linlin, authorized representatives of the shareholders, attended the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was chaired by Li Xujie; Chairman Li Xujie, Vice Chairman Naohito Saito, and directors Kozo Sonoda, Chen Linlin, Du Yunhua, Zhou Guoxiang, Luo Xiaojun, and Hideaki Iwamoto attended the Board of Directors meeting, which was chaired by Chairman Li Xujie. Members of the Board of Supervisors attended the Board of Directors meeting as observers. Li Wei, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, supervisor Norihiko Koga, and employee supervisor Dai Maolin attended the Board of Supervisors meeting, which was chaired by Li Wei.

The Board of Directors reviewed or heard reports on nine agenda items, including the “2025 Final Accounts Report and 2026 Budget,” the “2025 Report on the Company’s Production and Operations,” the “2026 Company Operational Policy and Objectives,” the “Report on the Completion of New Fixed-Asset Investments in 2025 and the 2026 Fixed-Asset Investment Budget,” and the “Report on the Company’s Organizational Structure and Personnel Changes.”

The Board of Supervisors unanimously reviewed and approved the Board of Supervisors’ Charter and raised no objections to the Company’s 2025 final accounts and 2026 budget report.

The shareholders’ meeting approved the other resolutions submitted by the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors. Chairman Li Xujie expressed his gratitude to all shareholders for their strong support of Dongfang Lingri, as well as to the directors for their care and guidance. He also acknowledged and thanked the management team and all employees for their efforts and achievements in 2025.

Mitsubishi Power (China) General Manager Mitsunobu Ishida, Deputy General Manager Yoshiya Ogawa, Changlong Pipe Industry General Manager Huang Rongpan, and personnel from relevant departments attended the meeting.
