Leading the Way Toward 30! Flag-Raising Ceremony and Fun Run Kick Off with Energy

On January 4, the atmosphere in front of the company plaza was both solemn and festive. All employees and staff lined up in orderly rows to participate in the New Year’s flag-raising ceremony and health run, officially kicking off the new year’s efforts. Du Yunhua, the company’s Party Secretary and General Manager, attended the event and delivered a speech under the national flag.

In 2025, Dongfang Lingri maintained steady progress and forged ahead, achieving record-breaking business performance; making significant breakthroughs in overseas markets; and demonstrating remarkable achievements in smart manufacturing and technological innovation. Du Yunhua noted that these accomplishments are the result of the collective wisdom and hard work of all employees.

The year 2026 marks both the company’s 30th anniversary and the Year of the Horse in the Lunar calendar. “At thirty, one stands firm—firm in one’s foundation, sense of responsibility, and direction.” Du Yunhua used the spirit of the “horse” to inspire everyone, emphasizing five key areas of focus: upholding the spirit of the dragon-horse to drive high-quality development; demonstrating the boldness to lead the pack and strive to become an industry benchmark; cultivating a vast talent pool to ensure the company’s enduring success; maintaining a relentless work ethic to achieve annual goals; and embracing the wisdom of the seasoned horse to innovate and develop through continuity.
 
After the flag-raising ceremony, all employees kicked off the first run of the new year with great enthusiasm and vigorous strides, circling the factory grounds once and running into the new year to the sound of the loud, unified chant: “Oriental Lingri, striving to lead the way; at thirty, we stand firm and write a new chapter.”

After three decades of steady growth and fruitful achievements, we are now soaring to new heights. Dongfang Lingri will use this event as a new starting point to launch full steam ahead into 2026, taking solid first steps in the opening phase of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and forging ahead with determination toward our goal of becoming a leading modern high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise characterized by technological leadership, management excellence, and employee pride.
