On February 27, the 11th day of the first lunar month and the first working day following the Spring Festival holiday, the company officially kicked off the new year with a auspicious start. To welcome employees back to work and convey New Year’s goodwill, Du Yunhua, Party Secretary and General Manager, Naohito Saito, Chief Deputy General Manager, and Deputy General Managers Lu Dou and Li Wenjie were at the company entrance early in the morning to present each arriving employee with sweet chocolates and New Year’s greetings. With this unique “sweet ritual,” they pressed the “start button” for the new year’s work and embarked on a fresh journey in the Year of the Horse.
Company leaders, including Du Yunhua and Naohito Saito, warmly shook hands with employees and exchanged New Year’s greetings, personally handing out beautifully wrapped chocolates to everyone. Each sweet gift embodies the company’s thoughtful care for its employees, symbolizing a new year filled with creative ideas, the determination to overcome challenges, and full commitment to work, as well as a life filled with sweetness and smooth sailing in all endeavors.

Du Yunhua, the company’s Party Committee Secretary, General Manager, and Director of the Safety Committee, convened an on-site meeting to mark the full resumption of production following the Spring Festival.
Du Yunhua outlined three requirements for workplace safety following the extended holiday: First, conduct thorough safety training upon resuming operations, reinforce safety protocols, and ensure that the 2026 targets are met while prioritizing safety. Second, pay close attention to employees’ well-being, help them overcome post-holiday fatigue, address any abnormalities promptly, and safeguard their health. Third, urge employees to strictly adhere to all safety operating procedures, eliminate the “three violations,” conduct thorough hazard identification and rectification, and ensure safe production.
Following the on-site meeting, Du Yunhua led a comprehensive safety inspection, focusing on personnel safety, safety controls for hazardous operations such as lifting, working at heights, and maintenance, the management of special equipment, the safe use of hazardous chemicals, and the safe storage of materials in the workshop. Du Yunhua also took the opportunity to extend his warm regards to the frontline production staff.
