The company successfully conducted the 2025 corporate vocational skills certification program

To strengthen the development of our skilled workforce and lay a solid foundation for high-quality development, the company organized 19 employees to take the 2025 vocational skills certification exam for stamping operators (senior and intermediate levels) on the morning of December 14.

The certification process began in early October. Coordinated by the Management Department and carried out in collaboration with the Technical Department, Quality Department, and Manufacturing Department, the initiative also featured specialized training sessions led by Mr. Wu Hongxin from the Jiaxing Technicians Association. Throughout the examination, a third-party external oversight agency, Jiaxing Jingying Talent Development Service Co., Ltd., conducted inspections to standardize examination procedures and ensure the fairness, impartiality, and authority of the certification process. The examination covered two major modules: theoretical knowledge and practical skills, comprehensively assessing the candidates’ professional knowledge and practical abilities. In the examination hall, the participating employees were energetic and composed, demonstrating solid professional competence and a positive professional attitude; the examination team performed their respective duties and collaborated closely to ensure the smooth and orderly progress of the examination.
